Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or sampled cosmetic items cannot be accepted for return.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
